Prior to your appointment Restrictions
•Please do not exercise on the day of the procedure as your body heat will expand the pores
•Avoid heavy sunlight and especially Sunburns three days prior to the procedure. Skin should not be in process of healing before the procedure
•Do not drink coffee or anything with caffeine the day of the procedure
•Do not take aspirin, niacin, vitamin E and or ibuprofen omega 3, Unless medically necessary before 48 to 72 hours prior to your procedure Tylenol or acetaminophen is okay

The following treatments should be avoided with them for weeks of the procedure

•Botox or other fillers
•Chemical peels
•Laser treatments

Please note you are In eligible for this procedure if
•You are under 18 years of age
•You have keloid skin or scars
•You are pregnant or breast-feeding
•You have been Accutane within one year
•You have irritation of the skin of any kind such as blemishes pimples rashes Psoriasis eczema rosacea or, sunburn on the area procedure
•You are on Retin-A or Retinols.You must be off your medication for at least seven days prior to your procedure and avoid it for 30 days after your procedure.
•You are a diabetic
•You have HIV hepatitis or any other viral infection and or diseases
•You are undergoing chemotherapy (consult with your doctor)
•You have epilepsy
•You have a pacemaker or a major heart problems
•You have had a organ transplant
•You have a Sickness (cold flu etc.) This will affect the healing process please reschedule
•You genuinely don’t heal well and develop infections easily
•Your old tattoo is too dark (please contact me with a photo of your tattoo for a consultation)

Do not wear mascara on the day of the procedure.
Have the eyes free of makeup and moisturizer.
Do bring sunglasses to wear home. Eyes may be light sensitive.
If you wear eyeglasses, please bring those to your appointment
If you wear contact lenses, you must remove them before the procedure.
It is not a bad idea to have a ride home after an eyeliner procedure if you are sensitive to light. Have sunglasses available. Eyes may be dilated afterward.
Avoid lash tinting 2 weeks before. Do not dye or perm lashes for 2 days prior.
If you have had Lasik or Cataract Surgery you must get medical clearance from your physician.
Eyelash extensions must be removed 1 week prior to your eyeliner procedure.
Must stop using eyelash growth serums 4 weeks prior to the procedure.
If you are using Latisse or any other eyelash serums you will need to discontinue use 2 weeks prior to the procedure.
No botox injections 2 weeks prior to procedure in eye area only.Â
The skin must be free of all irritations including blemishes, eczema, and psoriasis.
Must not be on Accutane medication for one year prior to getting a Cosmetic Tattoo.
Stop taking Fish Oil, Vitamin C, Glucosamine, Evening Primrose Oil, Ginger, Ginko one week prior to your appointment as they thin the blood and prevent the pigment from implanting correctly. If you continue to use these the healed result may be patchy.
Discontinue the use of any anti-aging, skin brightening or anti-acne skincare products. Particularly those that contain Alpha Hydroxy (AHA), Vitamin A, Retinol. Ideally, do not use these products for 30 days prior to your appointment, and yes, even if you do not use it near the area to be treated it does spread under your skin and your cosmetic tattoo will heal patchy. Once your tattoo has healed under the skin surface (approximately 6 weeks following your final session) you may resume your usual skin care routine.
Do not schedule any facials, microdermabrasion, microneedling, peels or laser treatments for at least 4 weeks prior to your appointment.
Please avoid any type of blood thinning medication for a minimum of 72 hours prior to your procedure unless is unsafe to do so for your health. Please ask your doctor before stopping these types of medications. Such as: Ibuprofen, Aspirin, Advil, Niacin, Voltaren, Indocid. As well as Prenatal Vitamins, Vitamin E or Nutritional Shakes. Tylenol is recommended if you have a low pain tolerance.
Do not work out on the day of the procedure.
Avoid sun tanning or tanning beds for 2 weeks prior to procedure. If you show up to your appointment with a sunburn you will need to reschedule and will forfeit your deposit. As your skin exfoliates from a sunburn it will take the pigment.
Scars from surgery or injury must be healed for at least one year prior to service.
Do not drink alcohol 24 hours prior to your procedure
Do not consume coffee or other caffeine products 24 hours prior.
Please note that you will be more sensitive during your menstrual cycle.
