Ary’s Brows® offers The Perfect Eyebrow and P.M.U. Artistry and we appreciate you choosing Ary’s Brows®, for your Microblading and P.M.U. needs. Ary’s Brows® offers an appointment only basis; We specialize in catering to client’s specific needs, when booking appointments. All Semi-Permanent Eyebrow and P.M.U. Services require a touch-up. Touch-ups are NOT FREE. There is a $75.00-$150.00 servicing fee, for 4-6 weeks touch-ups. If 4-6 week touch up is canceled, or missed prices are subjected to be higher. Please note that Semi-Permanent Make-up can and will fade up to 30-50% lighter. Clients may need multiple touch up sessions. A minimum 24 business hrs., Notice must be given to reschedule, or cancel appointments. Denying others a appointment slot by not showing, for your scheduled appointment, or not giving 24 hrs. notice will result in a cancellation fee. Please, be considerate of other clients' scheduled appointments and arrive on time, or your appointment may be shortened, incurring the full-service charge. *As a courtesy to our clients, Ary’s Brows® offers appointment reminders through text, email and/or phone. Contact information will be collected, at the time of booking your appointment and on your client intake form with your permission. Ary’s Brows® will send you a confirmation reminder of your appointment prior to your appointment. Please remember that it is, your responsibility to scheduled appointments. If you NO CALL/NO SHOW your appointment, Ary’s Brows® will charge a no-show fee, and future appointments may need to be prepaid at the discretion of Ary’s Brows®. **By making appointments with Ary’s Brows® you are agreeing to these

terms. Clients must receive services in a timely manner. Ary's Brows does not hold deposits for clients, clients forfeit their deposits if client does not keep in contact regarding rescheduling missed appointments.

NOT ALL OLD WORK CAN BE CORRECTED AND MAY RESULT IN THE POTENIAL CLIENT NEEDING REMOVAL BEFORE RECIEVING SERVICES. WE DO NOT OFFER TOUCH-UPS ON OTHER ARTIST WORK. ALL CLIENTS THAT HAVE RECIEVED PRIOR WORK FROM OTHER ARTISTS ARE AUTOMATICALLY A CORRECTION. EVEN IF THE CLIENT IS HAPPY WITH PREVIOUS RESULTS FROM LAST ARTIST.

• PEELING IS ABSOULTELY NORMAL AVIOD ANY SORT OF PICKING OF PICKING OF DRY SKIN AS YOU MIGHT PEEL OUT THE WRONG PARTS AND CREATE BALD SPOTS IN THE NEWLY RECONSTRUCTED EYEBROW

 

• NEVER RUB THE TREATED AREA, AS IT WILL DISTURB THE SKIN FROM THE NATURAL HEALING PROCESS

 

• THE HEALING PROCESS TAKES AT LEAST 4-6 WEEKS. THERE WILL BE AT LEAST 4 WEEKS BETWEEN PROCEDURES, REGARDLESS OF HOW MANY PROCEDURES ARE REQUIRED TO ACHIEVE THE DESIRED RESULTS. UNDERSTAND THAT THE FEE FOR EACH TOUCH-UP SESSION OF PERMANENT MAKEUP PROCEDURES MAY VARY BEYOND 4-6 WEEKS. WE DO NOT OFFER FREE TOUCH-UPS. WE ALSO DO NOT TOUCH-UP OTHER ARTISTS WORK. PLEASE BOOK A CONSULTATION IF YOU HAVE RECIEVED PRIOR WORK FROM ANOTHER ARTIST.

• 4-6 WEEK TOUCH-UPS MUST BE COMPLETED WITHIN 3 MONTHS OF THE INITIAL PROCEDURE TO QUALIFY AS AN INITIAL TOUCH-UP.  TOUCH-UP SESSIONS OF PROCEDURES COMPLETED BY TECHNICIANS OTHER THAN ARY'S BROWS AFTER 4 MONTHS OF THE INITIAL PROCEDURE RANGES FROM A MINIMUM OF 60% OF FULL FEE TO 100% OF FULL FEE AFTER 2 YEARS.  PAYMENT IS RENDERED UPON COMPLETION OF EACH SESSION. THERE IS A NON-REFUND POLICY.

• THE WAY YOU TAKE CARE OF YOUR NEW EYEBROWS AFTER MICROBLADING WILL HAVE A GREAT IMPACT ON THE WAY IT LOOKS. IMPROPER CARE OFTEN RESULTS IN FADING OR PATCHY EYEBROW.THIS IS A COSMETIC TATTOO AND WITH TIME PIGMENTS CAN AND WILL FADE OR CHANGE ACCORDING TO METABOLISM, LIFESTYLE, SKIN TYPE, MEDICATIONS, AGE, SMOKING, ALCOHOL, SUN EXPOSURE, AND USE OF CHEMICALS SUCH AS RETIN-A AND GLYCOLIC ACIDS.  TOUCH-UP MAINTENANCE WORK WILL BE EXPECTED IN THE FUTURE TO KEEP IT LOOKING FRESH.

 

 

LATE POLICY

​

Please try to be time sensitive, every client is important. Cancellations must be done 24 hours prior to services. If clients are 10 minutes late, or more for a scheduled appointment, it will be CANCELLED and no refunds will be given. Artists take multiple client a day and need the full amount of time for each appointment. You may reschedule a new appointment but, you will be subjected to a new deposit. After clients misses a scheduled appointment date, client most put down a deposit, before rebook is made available, for the next appointment.

 Booking fee

$25.00 Consultation Fee, Consultation Fee are non-refundable and do not go toward Permanent Make-up services balances.

 $50.00 Booking fee for Permanent Make-Up Services, this will be applied to your balance. This fee is Non-Refundable

$10.00 NON-Permanent Make-Up Services, this will be applied to balance.  This fee is Non-refundable.

 

Prior to appointment restrictions

•Please do not exercise on the day of the procedure as your body heat will expand the pores, or anything that may cause sweating. Please re-frame from exercising, or excessive sweating 2 weeks post-procedure. 

•Avoid heavy sunlight and especially Sunburns three days prior to the procedure. Skin should not be in process of healing before the procedure

•Do not drink coffee or anything with caffeine the day of the procedure​

•Do not take aspirin, niacin, vitamin E and or ibuprofen omega 3, Unless medically necessary before 48 to 72 hours prior to your procedure Tylenol or acetaminophen is okay

•No waxing, or eyebrow tinting 3 days before procedure

•••••Do not drink alcohol 24 hours before the procedure

 

The following treatments should be avoided with them for weeks of the procedure

 

•Botox or other fillers

•Chemical peels

•Laser treatments

 

Please note you are in eligible for this procedure if

•You are under 18 years of age

•You have keloid skin or scars

•You are pregnant or breast-feeding

•You have been Accutane within one year

•You have irritation of the skin of any kind such as blemishes pimples rashes Psoriasis eczema rosacea or, sunburn on the area procedure

•You are on Retin-A or Retinols. You must be off your medication for at least seven days prior to your procedure and avoid it for 30 days after your procedure.

•You are a diabetic

•You have HIV hepatitis or any other viral infection and or diseases

•You are undergoing chemotherapy (consult with your doctor)

•You have epilepsy

•You have a pacemaker or a major heart problems

•You have had an organ transplant

•You have a Sickness (cold flu etc.) This will affect the healing process please reschedule

•You genuinely don’t heal well and develop infections easily

•Your old tattoo is too dark (please contact me with a photo of your tattoo for a consultation)
