Booking Policies
Consultations
Consultations are $25 and are non-refundable. Consultation fees are separate from service booking fees and are not applied toward your service balance.
Booking Fees
A booking fee is required to secure your appointment and is applied toward your remaining service balance. Remaining balances are due on the day of your appointment.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Booking fees are non-refundable. Appointments may be rescheduled up to two times when at least 24 hours’ notice is provided.
Existing Permanent Makeup
If you have previous permanent makeup or need corrective work, please schedule a consultation before booking your service.
